Wouldn't be caught off guard or remain passive: Iran after Trump cancels strikes

Iran's Acting Defence Minister Majid Ibn al-Reza has said Iran views every threat as "real and credible" even if it's a scare tactic, adding it wouldn't be "caught off guard or remain passive". He said that Iran would use every threat to increase its military readiness and capabilities. This comes after US President Donald Trump cancelled planned strikes on Iran.
