Wouldn't say such a stupid thing: Pak PM Imran Khan on his remarks on rape

After being accused of rape victim blaming for his comments last month, Pakistan PM Imran Khan has said that he would never say "such a stupid thing where a person who's raped is responsible". He added, "How much ever a woman is provocative or whatever she wears, the person who commits rape is fully responsible. Never is the victim responsible."
