Wrestler Manisha to switch to 57kg category for LA Olympics 2028

Manisha Bhanwala, who recently became the first Indian woman to win gold at the World Wrestling Championships, will shift to the 57kg category to target qualification for the Los Angeles Olympics 2028. Notably, the 29-year-old won gold in the non-Olympic 59kg category in Kazakhstan's Astana. "Maintaining my weight (57kg) is not an issue," Manisha said.
