X user spots grammatical error in Tharoor's birthday wish for PM Modi, he responds

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor acknowledged a grammatical error in his birthday wish for PM Narendra Modi after an X user pointed it out. Tharoor had written "in his 76th birthday" instead of "on his 76th birthday". Responding to the user, he said, "Yea, 'on' his birthday became 'in'. This happens all the time, alas."
