Xbox business not healthy: CEO Asha on decision to cut 3,200 jobs, sell 4 studios

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma on Monday announced the plans to cut 3,200 jobs throughout FY27, saying, "Our business today is not healthy." Studios Compulsion Games, Double Fine, Ninja Theory and Undead Labs will also leave Xbox as part of the restructuring. "We will reduce management layers to no more than five, and where possible, three," Sharma said.
