Xi may visit India for BRICS summit with 400 officials: Report

Chinese President Xi Jinping may attend the BRICS summit in Delhi in September and is likely to be accompanied by a delegation of about 400 officials, a Reuters report said. If confirmed, it would be Xi’s first visit to India in seven years. Chinese officials are reportedly working on hotel bookings and security arrangements ahead of the possible visit.
