Yami urges media not to manipulate her pics using AI amid 'Chuttamalle' deepfake row

Actress Yami Gautam urged the media on X to refrain from using AI to alter or enhance her public appearance photos. "Altering or manipulating an individual's image or likeness using AI should not be done without their knowledge and consent," she wrote. Her statement comes amid circulation of an AI-generated deepfake video featuring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor.
