Yandex was project of a lifetime: Volozh after resigning as CEO amid sanction

Russian internet company Yandex Co-founder Arkady Volozh, who stepped down as CEO in June after the European Union included him on its sanction list, wrote a farewell note to his staff on Friday. "Yandex was the project of a lifetime for me," Volozh said. He added, "Thanks to everyone who helped to build the best technology company in the country."
