India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for heavy rainfall in Mumbai for July 24 and 25. The weather department has also forecast strong winds of 50–70 kmph in the city today. IMD has issued an orange alert for Palghar, Thane, and Raigad for today, while a yellow alert has been issued for these districts for tomorrow.
