The head of the Houthi delegation to the peace talks in Switzerland has announced that a ceasefire in Yemen's civil war will start on December 14. Peace talks will be held between Yemeni president Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi's government and the Houthis commencing on December 15 after the two sides agreed on an agenda and ground rules for the talks.
