Yes Bank buys 9.9% stake in JC Flowers ARC, eyes additional stake

Yes Bank acquired a 9.9% stake in JC Flowers ARC, representing 1,23,70,050 equity shares at ₹11.43/share. The bank said it plans to acquire a further 10% shareholding in JC Flowers, subject to requisite regulator approvals. On September 20, Yes Bank's board approved the sale of stressed loans worth ₹48,000 crore to JC Flowers, after receiving no other challenger bids.
