Yes Bank may acquire majority Paytm merchant accounts: Report

Paytm-parent One97 Communications has likely signed a deal to move a majority of its merchant accounts to Yes Bank, NDTV Profit reported. One97 has also likely applied to NPCI for a third-party application provider license along with Yes Bank and Axis Bank, approval for which is expected shortly. The two banks would become payment service providers for Paytm's UPI channel.
