Yoga poses that help relieve cervical spondylosis

Ahead of International Yoga Day, the AYUSH Ministry highlighted yoga as a natural way to relieve cervical spondylosis caused by poor posture and long screen time. Experts say poses like Bhujangasana, Tadasana, Ustrasana and Marjariasana improve flexibility, strengthen neck and back muscles, reduce stiffness, and help ease pain and stress through regular daily practice.
