Yogi announces free LPG cylinder for Ujjwala families on Diwali, Holi

UP CM Yogi Adityanath announced one free LPG cylinder each on Diwali and Holi for Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries. The state has allocated ₹1,500 crore for LPG refill subsidies to over 1.89 crore eligible families. A domestic cylinder costs ₹983.45, with the Centre providing ₹335 subsidy and the state covering the rest.
