Dan Shapiro, CEO of 3D laser printer manufacturing startup Glowforge, has apologised to customers for delaying deliveries of the printers by over a year. "You deserve better and you deserve not to have to wait," said Shapiro in a post on the startup's website. US-based Glowforge had made $27.9 million in sales through a 30-day crowdfunding campaign last year.
