PM Narendra Modi tweeted "You gave your best and that is all that counts" to Indian fencer Bhavani Devi after she said "I am sorry" in a tweet following her exit from the Tokyo Olympics. The 27-year-old fencer had tweeted, "I did my level best but couldn't win." PM Modi also told her, "India is very proud of your contributions."
