You need an e-pass to visit Nilgiris now; here's how to get it

Tourists to Ooty, take note. Following a Madras High Court order, a website has been launched to generate e-passes to enter Nilgiris district in Tamil Nadu. Starting Monday, all tourist and commercial vehicles have to register their entry on epass.tnega.org to enter the district from the following day, that is from May 7, up to June 30.
