While hearing a personality rights case filed by Patanjali's Acharya Balkrishna, Delhi High Court remarked, "If you're...a public figure...be ready for brickbats too." The news organisations whose articles Balkrishna wanted to be taken down weren't even made parties to the case, the HC observed, calling it "omnibus". The court added it can't stop people from making fun unless it's disparaging.
