Diane Boettcher, former Microsoft Director of Business Management, reacted after the company announced voluntary exit offers (VEOs) for 60,000 employees. Boettcher, who left Microsoft under the same buyout offer nearly four months ago, urged affected employees to discuss their options with friends and family.
