You're not concerned with homebuyers: SC to YEIDA in Jaypee case

Supreme Court on Friday criticised the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) while hearing its appeal against the NCLAT-approved resolution plan for Jaypee Infratech. "You're not concerned with...homebuyers...You cannot say...I'm concerned with my dues and the homebuyers...can bear the brunt," the court said. YEIDA will get ₹1,334 crore under the approved plan.
