Young women were approached as soft targets: TCS Nashik staff on conversion racket

A woman employee of TCS Nashik office, speaking about sexual abuse and conversion racket that has been exposed there, said young women aged 20 to 25 were being approached as soft targets. "They thought that it would be easy to trap them...here, even the HR was scared," she added. Eight people have been arrested in connection with the matter.
