Youth Congress members dressed as ghosts in Delhi, alleging Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar 'cut' their votes during Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Protesters claimed Kumar turned 14 crore people into 'bhoots.' Separately, over 700 Opposition leaders were detained at Jantar Mantar during a parallel protest against the CEC.
