A video of Youth Congress workers pouring milk and rose petals over a poster showing Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Lord Parshuram-inspired avatar has surfaced. The workers performed the symbolic 'dugdhabhishek' along the banks of Ganga River in Varanasi on Gandhi's 56th birthday. Gandhi is shown holding parashu (axe) in one hand and a copy of Constitution in the other.
