Youth kidnaps 11-year-old girl from Mumbai pandal, rapes her

A 19-year-old youth allegedly kidnapped an 11-year-old girl from a garba pandal in Mumbai and raped her. The victim had gone to the pandal with her sister, who made a quick trip home and when she returned, her sister was missing. The parents approached the police, who tracked down and arrested the suspect. He confessed he sexually assaulted the victim.
