Youth pours acid into girl's mouth, slits her throat for resisting rape in Andhra

A 14-year-old girl in Andhra Pradesh's Nellore was left in critical condition after a youth, who's related to her, attacked her with acid and slit her throat, police said. The accused attacked the girl in her house after she resisted his attempt to sexually assault her, multiple reports said. When she screamed, he slit her throat and fled, police said.
