Youth sprays white foam on face of elderly man cycling on road for reel in UP

A video showing a youth spraying a white foam-like substance on the face of an elderly man who was cycling on a road for a social media reel in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi has surfaced online. The youth was riding pillion on a bike. The police have taken cognisance of the video and ordered a probe into the matter.
