YouTube rolls out voiceover feature to let users narrate Shorts

YouTube has rolled out a voiceover feature for Shorts that will allow short-form video creators to add narration to their videos. The feature, currently launched on iOS, can be used to add instructions, reactions and other sounds to already recorded videos. YouTube recently said it would allow Shorts creators to earn 45% of ad revenue from their content.
