YouTube to add improved labels on AI-generated videos

YouTube will add improved labels to videos that are photorealistic or have content generated or altered with AI. The label will show up directly below the video player and above the description for long-form videos, and it will appear as an overlay on Shorts, YouTube said. The video-sharing platform will also roll out automatic AI detection for videos this month.
