YouTube to allow users to create Shorts using their AI Avatar

YouTube is rolling out a new AI-powered avatar feature that lets users create a digital version of themselves for Shorts, by generating few voice prompts and capturing a "live selfie". To ensure transparency, all videos created using avatars will include watermarks and digital labels. The feature shall be available globally except Europe within the YouTube app and also YouTube Create.
