YouTuber arrested for criticising Nepal PM released after protests

A journalist arrested on charges of using abusive language against Nepal PM Balen Shah on his YouTube channel was released following objections by Gen Z activists. Activists had demanded the immediate release of the YouTuber and said, "Protect freedom of expression...do not move towards authoritarianism." Notably, PM Shah was himself a YouTuber and came to power through Gen Z support.
