Yunus responds to communal killings in Bangladesh, accepts country has law & order issues
Muhammad Yunus, Bangladesh interim government's chief advisor, responded to multiple communal killings in Bangladesh, calling them "criminal...rather than communal". Accepting Bangladesh faces law and order issues, he noted that 3,500 people die in violent crimes each year. "Bangladesh is a country of Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians...all of whom are citizens with equal rights," he added.
