Zara, H&M shipments stranded in India & Bangladesh amid Middle East war

Shipments of garments for Zara, H&M and other major clothing retailers are stranded at Indian and Bangladeshi airports, reported Reuters citing manufacturers. This comes amid supply chain disruptions due to airspace closures after beginning of the war in the Middle East. Zara has 150 suppliers in Bangladesh, 122 in India and 69 in Pakistan, according to its 2023 annual report.
