ZARA Founder Ortega buys Luxembourg office building for ₹1,580 cr

Billionaire ZARA Founder Amancio Ortega has bought an office building in Luxembourg for $189 million (about ₹1,580 crore), his family's investment vehicle Pontegadea said. The 1.07-lakh-square-feet building, 95% leased to law firms and private equity companies, was sold by Belgian entrepreneur Filip Balcaen's company Baltisse. Pontegadea now owns real estate assets worth over ₹1.68 lakh crore.
