Zee 24 Ghanta Editor Anjan Bandyopadhyay dies of COVID-19 aged 56

Anjan Bandyopadhyay, Editor of leading Bengali news channel Zee 24 Ghanta, succumbed to COVID-19 at the age of 56 at a private hospital in Kolkata on Sunday night. "I have no words to express my condolences to his family and his colleagues in the fraternity," Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said. "He was a bright, young and dynamic journalist," she added.
