Zee board approves minimum ₹2,300 crore fund raise

Zee Entertainment Enterprises approved a minimum fund raise of ₹2,300 crore to support strategic and business initiatives. The capital mobilisation will be executed in one or more phases, with the board yet to finalise the fundraising structure. FIIs increased their stake to 25.33% in March 2026, while promoters held 3.99% and public shareholding stood at 59.78%.
