'Zeitenwende' named German word of 2022 after Scholz used it amid Ukraine war

"Zeitenwende" has been named the German word of 2022 by The Society for the German Language in Wiesbaden. This comes after German Chancellor Olaf Scholz used it to describe overhaul of the country's foreign policy amidst Ukraine war. The word, according to a German dictionary, is defined as "the ending of an era and the beginning of a new time".
