Zelenskyy accuses Trump of pressuring Ukraine to capitulate

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy accused the Trump administration of deliberately slowing Starlink speeds and delaying Patriot missile deliveries to pressure Kyiv into surrendering. He offered to halt strikes on Russian refineries in exchange for more Patriot interceptors. Zelenskyy said ties could improve after the November 3 midterm elections.
