Zepto files updated DRHP, to raise ₹8,010 cr via fresh issue

Quick commerce firm Zepto has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) with SEBI for its IPO. The issue includes a fresh equity raise of ₹8,010 crore along with an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders. The total IPO size is expected to range between ₹9,000 crore and ₹10,000 crore, depending on the final OFS component.
