Zepto first quick-commerce firm to charge ₹2 platform fee to select users

Zepto has introduced a platform fee of ₹2 for select users in India, thus becoming the first quick-commerce firm to charge platform fee. Other quick-commerce firms including Swiggy Instamart and Zomato-owned Blinkit currently do not charge a platform fee for grocery orders but charge a platform fee for food delivery orders.
