Zepto raises $340 mn, valuation jumps by 40% to $5 bn in 2 months

Zepto has raised $340 million in a follow-on financing round, led by General Catalyst, with Dragon Fund and Epiq Capital joining as new investors. The round valued Zepto at $5 billion, up roughly 40% from its valuation of $3.6 billion in June when it raised $665 million. Existing investors like Lightspeed, StepStone and DST also participated in the latest round.
