Zepto will now charge Rs 2 platform fee to achieve profitability

Zepto has introduced a platform fee of Rs 2 per order and has ended free deliveries for select users and now charges delivery fees ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 28. These fees are in addition to a variety of other charges, including handling fees that range between Rs 5 and Rs 20, a surge fee, and a cart fee.
