Zero planning, a complete waste of time: Kaif on Gill's omission

Speaking about Shubman Gill's omission from India's T20 World Cup 2026 squad, ex-India cricketer Mohammad Kaif said it was "zero planning" from the selectors. "You carried Gill till the very end and then dropped him. I feel it is the right call. It came late, but it was right," he explained. Kaif added, "It has been a waste of time."
