Zero we got now different from zero we got earlier: Delhi Congress chief on poll results

After Congress failed to win even one seat in Delhi for the third time, Delhi Congress chief Devender Yadav said, "The zero that we secured is much different from the zero that we secured last time." He said the Congress is hopeful of winning back loyalty of its core voters - Dalits, underprivileged and minorities. "We've made progress," he claimed.
