Zerodha's Rainmatter leads ₹10 crore seed funding in RuleZero

RuleZero, a technology platform that automates and manages equity ownership of startups, has raised ₹10 crore in a seed funding round led by Zerodha-backed fund and incubator Rainmatter. The round also saw participation from Infosys Co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan, IndusLaw and Reddy Futures. Bengaluru-based RuleZero was founded in 2019 by Satish Mugulavalli and Srinivas Katta.
