Zetwerk reshapes leadership, expands board ahead of IPO: Report

B2B manufacturing firm Zetwerk has restructured its leadership and expanded the board ahead of its upcoming IPO, Moneycontrol reported. The company has reportedly inducted former telecom secretary Aruna Sundararajan to its board. While CEO Amrit Acharya will take the additional role of chairman, and co-founder Rahul Sharma has been appointed as managing director of new vertical, the report said.
