Zohran Mamdani says New York can't arrest Israeli PM Netanyahu

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani called Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu a war criminal but said New York City has no legal authority to arrest him if he visits. International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu in 2024 over alleged war crimes. As US is not an ICC member, it is not legally required to enforce the warrant.
