Zomato becomes public limited company ahead of IPO: Report

Food delivery platform Zomato's holding entity has been converted from a private company to a public limited company ahead of its public listing, Entrackr reported, citing regulatory filings. The company has reportedly been renamed as Zomato Limited with effect from April 9, 2021. Earlier, Bloomberg reported that Zomato could file for an initial public offering (IPO) by April.
