Zomato begins layoffs, at least 100 employees already impacted: Report

Zomato has started laying off employees in a bid to cut costs and turn profitable, Moneycontrol reported. At least 100 employees have already been impacted across functions such as product, tech, catalogue and marketing, the report said, adding that Zomato plans to lay off at least 4% of its workforce. Notably, Zomato Co-founder Mohit Gupta announced his resignation on Friday.
