Zomato, Blinkit sign term-sheet for merger: Reports

Online food delivery firm Zomato and online grocer Blinkit, formerly known as Grofers, have reportedly signed a term-sheet for a merger, reports said. The two companies are likely to approach the Competition Commission of India for an approval soon. Zomato currently owns about 10% stake in Blinkit and may reportedly invest more into the cash-strapped startup until the merger closes.
