Zomato CEO cites different leadership style on Pankaj Chaddah exit

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal explained that co-founder Pankaj Chaddah quit because their leadership styles differed; Pankaj was rational, while he was more adventurous. Though he has since become more rational, he notes that there was never a fight. Deepinder stayed because he held more equity, he jokingly hoped that Pankaj’s move into mental wellness wasn't due to working with him.
